Excellent service and true professionals. After having a terrible experience with another repair company, Roadside Services of Idaho came out and fixed everything correctly and safely. Special thanks to Scott, the dispatcher, for being professional, responsive, and making sure everything was handled quickly. Also huge appreciation to the mechanic Sal for knowing exactly what he was doing and getting the truck back on the road properly. They corrected the issues that were left behind by UZ Truck Trailer Repair and made sure everything was safe before we continued driving. The difference in professionalism and quality of work was night and day. Highly recommend Roadside Services of Idaho for anyone needing reliable truck and trailer repairs.

Not exactly sure what’s going on with these guys, but I spoke with a gentleman this am for a service call. I was told it would be a two hour wait. I agreed. Three hours later, I texted asking for an update with no response. Called for another hour and nothing. I always try to go with the little guy over big corp, but when the minimum amount of communication is lacking, that goes out of the door. Time is money and professionalism goes a long way. Go elsewhere.

You can’t trust this guys. Check EVERYTHING AFTER THEM. they came out to replace a chamber on an Amazon trailer, the pin was stuck so they had to replace the slack adjuster as well. When new parts were installed(incorrectly) the rod was too long and brakes were not adjusted. (That’s an OOS). The brakes can’t be adjusted because one pad is touching the drum and another is way too far. Super unprofessional and waste of time because now someone else has to fix their “repair”.

I am really disappointed with the unprofessional mechanic and management at this company. I called for service on a trailer airbag replacement that was just 8 miles away from his location. Over the phone, he quoted me a price of $600, which included the service call, parts, and everything. However, when he arrived on site, he charged me $900. The airbag was improperly fitted and rolled out again after 16 hours Driving. I had it repaired at Loves Travel Stop, and they said it was a poor repaired. I have contacted roadside management about this issue, but they have not responded. we spend $450 Again Same Job
